Before joining Demand Metric, Clare spent 7 years at Gartner as a Research Director. During her tenure at Gartner she helped to build their Internet Strategies Services with clients such as Microsoft, IBM, HP, Cisco, Procter & Gamble and Wells Fargo Bank. Clare is focused on technology research and has recently published Solution Studies on Sales Enablement Knowledge Management, CPQ, Sales Intelligence, CRM, Marketing Automation and Communications Tools.  She is also contributing to a series of 40+ technology Vendor Profiles with Customer Case Studies.



Jerry Rackley

With 30 years of experience in Marketing for organizations such as IBM, Esker Software and Stillwater National Bank, Jerry has gained a wealth of knowledge as it relates to Sales Enablement.  He recently authored 7 benchmarking studies and reports (available to attendees) on topics of: Sales & Marketing Data Quality, Sales & Marketing Alignment, Sales Enablement Practices, Sales Compensation, Marketing's New Role, Content Marketing and Lead Generation.  Jerry is also an adjunct faculty member at Oklahoma State University where he is an instructor in Marketing. 



Scott Brinker

In addition to his blog (, Scott's primary endeavor is as the co-founder and CTO of ion interactive, a software company that providers marketers with a platform for creating and testing post-click experiences. Before his current software venture, Scott and his co-founders at ion ran a successful web development agency, which among other things built most of the web marketing infrastructure for Citrix. Previously Scott ran a web technology consultancy that built early web apps for CBS Sportsline, Tribune, the Miami Dolphins, and Fujitsu. Scott graduated from Columbia University with a BS in computer science. He went on to get an MBA from MIT and a master’s degree in computer science from Harvard University.
